Reporting a problem
To help us fix it quickly, please include:
- which tool you used and what you expected to happen;
- the chord or line that went wrong (a few lines are enough, there is no need to send a whole copyrighted song);
- your device and browser (for example "iPhone, Safari" or "Windows, Chrome").
Privacy
We use your email only to reply to you. The tools themselves never send us your songs: see the privacy policy.
